Social Commitment

From a young age and throughout my life, I have felt a genuine calling to serve others.

I began my professional career working with NGOs in underserved communities across Mexico. Later, as I entered the corporate world, that sense of purpose did not disappear; it simply evolved.

I volunteered at Prem Dan, run by the Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata, in orphanages in Nairobi, and at a school serving the Maasai community in Kenya. However, my primary focus has been the border region of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, and El Paso, Texas, where I have supported NGOs working with migrants and women involved in prostitution.

Together with my wife, I have also spent more than fifteen years preparing couples for married life.

Today, in addition to working with executives and businesses, I reserve part of my practice to provide pro bono coaching and guidance to nonprofit organizations working in vulnerable communities.

Why do I do it?

Because I believe it is my responsibility to give back to society, in any small way, as compensation for the immense blessings I have received throughout my life.

Who is it for?

Nonprofit organizations whose leaders are facing internal conflicts, difficult conversations, or friction that is limiting their impact in the community.

How does it work?

The process is similar to what I offer my business clients—confidential, structured, and focused on the organization’s specific challenge. the difference is that there is no cost.

Spaces are limited. If you lead a nonprofit organization and believe this support could help, please reach out to me directly.
