Real-world experience behind every decision

Meet Gerardo Güémez

Executive experience

My corporate career has been primarily focused on the real estate industry, where I served as Commercial Director, Human Resources Director, and Regional Director at Grupo Sadasi, a position I held for more than 13 years. During my tenure, I was responsible for the operation’s P&L across northern Mexico, overseeing land acquisition, development, infrastructure, construction, and the sale of more than 10,000 homes.

In 2025, I decided to become an independent consultant and executive coach, working full-time with corporate and nonprofit leaders who are navigating conflict and difficult conversations.

Academic background and certifications

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from ITESM, Monterrey, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and an Executive MBA from Brown University and IE business school in Madrid. I am an ACC-credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Texas at El Paso. I also hold specialized training in negotiation, finance, accounting, human resources, and real estate development.

Beyond executive leadership

I have practiced meditation for more than two decades within the Zen tradition. This practice has helped me cultivate a sense of inner balance that has influenced every project and endeavor I have undertaken.

I am an avid mountaineer and have explored mountains throughout Mexico, the Alps, and the Himalayas. I enjoy photography and, much to my wife’s amusement, antique coin collecting.

However, my greatest passion is my family. My parents, my wife, and my children are at the center of everything I do and the deepest reason behind who I am.

Strategic collaborators

For projects that require a higher level of specialization, Eukairos works with a team of strategic consultants with international experience in finance and corporate leadership.
