Frequently asked questions
What does Eukairos mean?
Kairos was a Greek word associated not only with the passage of time, but with the significance and weight of a particular moment.
Eukairos refers to living and acting in a way that allows us to make the most of those moments—with clarity, sound judgment, and impact.
Is this therapy?
No.
Executive coaching focuses on the present and the future, addressing concrete situations, specific decisions, relationships, and dynamics that are affecting your performance as a leader today. It is not a clinical process. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or address the past from a therapeutic perspective.
That said, a good coaching process inevitably touches on human dimensions. Conflicts within teams are rarely purely rational. That human dimension is not ignored; it is explored to the extent that it is relevant to the challenge the client brings to the process.
If at any point the process suggests that therapeutic support would be valuable as a complement, I will make that clear and can help guide you toward the appropriate resource.
How many sessions are needed?
It varies depending on the program and the nature and complexity of the challenge. Some situations can be addressed in just a few sessions, while others require a more sustained process of up to 12 sessions. We determine the right approach together during the initial conversation.
How are the sessions conducted?
Sessions are one-on-one, 55 minutes each, confidential, and focused on the client’s specific challenge.
Are sessions held in person or remotely?
Both options are available, depending on the client’s location and context.
How confidential is the process?
Completely confidential. The process is designed to address sensitive situations without exposure or outside interference.
How much does the process cost?
The investment varies depending on the program and the number of sessions needed. during our initial conversation, once I have a clear understanding of your situation and what you need, I can recommend the right approach and provide a clear proposal.
More importantly, the goal is to make sure the process is appropriate for you and your particular situation. that said, the cost of leaving these situations unresolved is often far greater.
What is the difference between coaching, mentoring, and consulting within this process?
Eukairos brings together consulting, mentoring, and coaching through a combination of experience and proven methodologies. This approach avoids consulting without transformation and coaching without an understanding of the operational reality.
Coaching creates awareness of what is happening. Mentoring provides practical tools and sound judgment. Consulting helps organize the context and the variables at play. All three are integrated according to what each situation requires.
How can I get started?
It begins with an initial conversation where we’ll explore your situation and determine whether I can genuinely add value. No cost. No commitment.
